$SNFI going into 3 yrs and 4 months of this lawsuit. How much longer are we going to have to wait?

$SNFI I had ChatGPT scour the Pacer filing system for updates on the Nu Ride Foxconn lawsuit: 1) Foxconn’s appeal was officially “submitted” to the 3-judge panel on July 7, 2026 after going through all of the docketing, briefing, record preparation, etc. So we should be close-ish to a decision 2) We should have a decision soon on the 2 counts of the original lawsuit that were dismissed to arbitration (the Joint Venture Agreement and Commercial Manufacuring Agreement). The final hearing in the arbitration case is scheduled for “October 2026”.

$SNFI Remember the days of old when there was a power hour. Stocks that were compressed with morning and afternoon selling would rise from the ashes before close.

$SNFI Fuck me running! Thought we went up because of that bit of good news. Nah, just someone buying and selling, playing with the low volume volitility of the stock. Wish a AI program for a whale would find that and dump some big buys in and make us spike to the moon even just for a second.

$SNFI took that loss  to be honest, I can't believe it's sold market order got sick of looking at it 📉 I gotta assume if somebody's buying it it's worth something but that's what I get for assuming anything  I would love to know who bought my shares 😅 Peace out
