$STI They own 300 + patents worth an estimated 750 Million dollars. so almost $ 1 BILLION dollars. Their materials and technology is, from what I know, the very best. There are many companies who will have to pay up because they are in violation of patent infringement !!! STI market cap is only about 50 million ... it should be 10x that . WAKE UP people. If the space economy explodes ...which I'm guessing it will in this crazy world we live in ... STI is going to play a big part in it....and its not just the space economy ..ITS EVs , its defense, its AI ... and many other industries. I'm all in . IS STI risky ... sure, it definitely is , but thats how we make $$ ..calculated risk ...NFA

$STI $STI Does anybody else know who the two biggest violators, CLEAR CUT VIOLATORS, of the Solidion patents are? 1. BIG DADDY $CATL, market cap $1.62 TRILLION DOLLARS. 2. $BYD at $8.12 BILLION DOLLARS. Look for settlement at some point (Q4 or Q1 2027(not to mention it is chump change for these two behemoths.) 1. Resolving the Past: Damages for Infringement • The Admission: By admitting to the violation, the infringing company avoids a lengthy, unpredictable, and expensive court trial. • The Payment: They pay a lump sum to make the patent owner "whole." This amount is calculated based on reasonable royalties (what the company should have been paying all along) or lost profits (the money the patent owner lost because of the unauthorized competition). 2. Securing the Future: The Licensing Agreement The payment to "continue to use for a fee" transforms the infringer into a legal user through a patent license.

$STI it was in the low 40s for about 12 hours based on them releasing a patent for a new “space” battery. The company has many great battery patents now, and they need to somehow turn that into actual revenue. Whether through selling the patent or buy manufacturing it themselves. These come with scaling risks. Not sure what their exact plan is but I think they really need to start focusing on selling these patents as they are essentially just sitting there gathering dust.

$STI CEO James Winters has probably just burned too many bridges. Where are his big friend investors today? Nowhere. Solidion is the one who needs a f'n life vest, not anybody else. Why no buyers? Maybe they figured out that there's nothing to buy. Where's the cheer team? Maybe they didn't get paid or decided they didn't want to be part of a shady deal? Down there in Texas, there's a saying or at least I think it comes from Texas: All hat, no cattle! Is that fitting for James? Look at the chart and then you can decide.

$STI I just noticed this stock was 7 or so times higher, actually 8 times higher, in the summer. Is it good for a bounce or is it poorly managed or is it structurally broken or is it maybe even a good investment with a good entry price opp? There must be some explanation as to how it crashed down so far. Isn't this the company who said they had patents worth hundreds of millions of dollars? And then never a word again or what? Or was that some other small battery company? I need to read up on what happened because I am interested at this price but leery. Somebody whiffed in a big way, no?
