They acquired an operating asset that they believe has significant room to increase income Now let’s execute! GL all!

They officially CLOSED the $90M acquisition of Envy Pompano Beach, a 214-unit luxury apartment property in South Florida this is no longer a proposed acquisition or future plan This property is now part of the Stewards real estate platform Envy is already 93% leased and generated approximately $5.3M in revenue over the previous 12 months bangg bmagg woop The property also includes a 26-slip marina and retail space, giving Stewards additional opportunities to increase revenue!) These prices will be a steal imo!
