$SXOOF It’s that pivotal moment where they either sink or swim. theyve burned thru a lot of shareholder money over past decade and have brought no shareholder value along with it.  excuses are no longer acceptable, time to show or close the company down. The CSE halt is an example of how poorly run companies end up. .02 and Halted. Unacceptable on every level after the hype train they have driven for past 6 years.
