$TII Nice update. Reduces some execution risk from permitting. The hybrid-tailings decision is particularly interesting. I like that they aren’t simply waiting for regulators to rule on the original design. Management is modifying the project to reduce environmental impacts while it moves through the process. That should improve the risk profile of the Section 404 review. GL

$TII Funny thing is this stock is still only 12 cents above my BEAR case price. Lot's of room to run.
