I hope you realize that you are saying a well-known investment firm that specializes in the sale of distressed biotech companies ultimately was unable to complete a transaction for the sale of the company or its assets.

That is indeed different than saying a well-known investment firm that specializes in the sale of distressed biotech companies ultimately was not able to find a buyer to buy the company or its assets.

Either path would have satisfy the material portion of the indebtedness, but even splitting hairs on the lingo/semantics, to me, it reads that it's over. They tried and they did not succeed and they are done trying, right? So if there were buyers they didn't reach a deal.. the key to me is the word "ultimately". If it was ongoing, they would have said "currently" or "as of yet"..

I truly truly truly hope that I'm wrong for your sake or that some miracle happens but it's over.
