This was driven by affiliate fee revenue growth, higher ratings and pricing for broadcasting ad revenue, and licensing growth.The company ended the quarter with $131.3 million in cash and short-term investments. Cash and cash equivalents were $20.4 million and short-term investments were $110.9 million."Our full-year 2025 results reflect disciplined execution across the business, with revenue performance at the high end of our guidance range despite a challenging post-election comparison," commented Darryle Burnham, Chief Financial Officer of Newsmax. T1 is already subject to scrutiny by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice, and U.S. Customs, and we believe faces massive liabilities stemming from these probes, and shares are headed far lower” it said.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Culper’s Allegations</h2>As per Culper’s report, T1 was sued by RWE Clean Energy after RWE terminated its offtake agreement on December 19, 2025. The lawsuit alleged that T1 misrepresented its customer base, failed to provide module audits, failed to deliver compliant modules, and breached confidentiality provisions. Culper also claimed that T1 has not yet disclosed either the termination or the lawsuit.Culper believes that T1 is ineligible for 45X tax credits (Advanced Manufacturing Production Credit) , and forthcoming treasury guidance explicitly designed to “prevent entities from evading, circumventing, or abusing” existing FEOC provisions will be a “death blow.” Experts also warn that certain Chinese groups may be entirely blacklisted, which could risk T1’s eligibility altogether.&nbsp;<h2 class="st-heading-2">Financial Irregularities</h2>Culper also raised irregularities in T1’s financial reporting. It noted discrepancies between T1’s reported sales to Trina and Trina’s reported purchases from T1. As per the report, T1 has accrued $59.7 million due to Trina, which is equivalent to 83% of its total consolidated gross profit for the nine months ended Sept. 2025.Culper Research views T1 as wholly uninvestible. “Absent 45X credits, T1’s business model fails. (TNXP) announced on Monday that it intends to meet with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 2026 to discuss the development of its experimental drug in the treatment of Lyme disease.The company licensed TNX-4800 from its developers at UMass Chan Medical School in September. It is being developed for annual seasonal use, as one subcutaneous administration in the spring to protect against Lyme disease through fall, or the entire tick season in the U.S., without relying on the recipient’s immune system to generate antibodies.<h2 class="st-heading-2">What Is Lyme Disease?</h2>Lyme disease is a bacterial infection caused by the bacterium Borrelia burgdorferi and spread by infected blacklegged ticks. It causes symptoms such as a bull's-eye rash, fever, fatigue, and headaches, and, if untreated, can spread to joints, heart, and brain.There are currently no FDA-approved vaccines or preventive medicines to protect against Lyme disease. Tonix Pharmaceuticals To Meet With FDA In 2026 To Advance Experimental Lyme Disease Prevention Drug

(UUUU) shares climbed over 5% in Monday’s premarket trade after the company announced that its finished uranium production, mined uranium ore production, and uranium concentrate sales for FY 2025 exceeded previously announced guidance.The company’s Pinyon Plain Mine in Arizona and La Sal Complex in Utah mined over 1.6 million pounds of uranium in 2025, beating the top end of previously reported guidance by about 11%.Meanwhile, its White Mesa Mill in Utah produced over one million pounds of finished triuranium octoxide, a uranium compound, in 2025, also exceeding the top end of previously reported guidance.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Guidance Update</h2>Energy Fuels said it expects to sell 360,000 pounds of triuranium octoxide in the fourth-quarter (Q4) of 2025, more than double the 160,000 pounds expected earlier and a 50% increase from third-quarter (Q3) 2025 levels. Total gross uranium sales revenue for Q4 2025 is expected to be about $27 million.Energy Fuels also announced the completion of two long-term uranium sales contracts with U.S. nuclear power generating companies that are expected to contribute to the company’s deliveries between 2027 and 2032.Pursuant to these contracts, Energy Fuels expects sales of 780,000 to 880,000 pounds of triuranium octoxide in 2026, and anticipates additional sales in the spot and term markets. For 2027 to 2032, the company’s current portfolio of six long-term contracts is estimated to deliver 2.41 to 4.41 million pounds of triuranium octoxide.Energy Fuels also expects its cost of goods sold to start declining in the first-quarter (Q1) of 2026 as low-cost Pinyon Plain uranium is added to its inventory.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Rare Earth Focus</h2>Rare earth elements and critical metals have been in focus this year after China restricted supply following President Donald Trump’s export tariffs. BlackSky Technology Is The Latest Space Stock To Grab Investor Attention — Jefferies Expects Sales To Double In A Few Years

Jefferies initiated BlackSky coverage with a ‘Buy’ rating and a $23 price target. 

<ul class="summary-bullets"><li>The company said that the fraud impacted the company’s financial statement in multiple ways and anticipates filing new financial statements shortly.</li><li>An executive said that the cost of the Lugano fraud will, by a wide margin, represent the most significant loss Cody has experienced since its inception.</li><li>Retail investors, analysts await restated financial statements.</li></ul>Shares of Compass Diversified (CODI) fell a steep 18% on Friday after the company announced it must restate its financial results for fiscal year 2022 to 2024 after its probe led to findings of fraud at its subsidiary Lugano.The company has removed financial information for the years 2022 to 2024 from its website, citing non-reliance.“I want to begin by saying that this has been, without question, the most challenging period in Cody's history,” CEO Elias Sabo said in a call. He further added that the fraud at Lugano was “pervasive, complex and isolated to that business.”<h2 class="st-heading-2">Probe And Findings</h2>Compass Diversified announced in early May that its audit committee has initiated an investigation into the financing, accounting, and inventory practices of Lugano. The subsidiary’s CEO Moti Ferder subsequently resigned from the company without any severance compensation.As per Sabo, Ferder and his family have fled the U.S. and permanently relocated to Israel. The audit committee probe has concluded and discovered “deliberate and systemic fraud,” he added.“The former Lugano CEO engaged in a scheme to significantly overstate Lugano's sales and profits, misrepresent the existence and value of Lugano's inventory, and keep potential financial liabilities off Lugano's books and records. His efforts to hide his fraud were extensive,” Sabo said. He added that Ferder created fake sales transactions to inflate Lugano’s reported revenues, claimed inventory that either didn't exist or didn’t belong to Lugano and entered numerous financing agreements with third parties that he kept off the company’s balance sheet.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Impact Of The Fraud</h2>CODI is a holding company that acquires and actively manages middle-market businesses. It acquired Lugano Diamonds &amp; Jewelry, Inc., a designer, manufacturer and marketer of one-of-a-kind jewelry in September 2021.The company said that the fraud impacted the company’s financial statement in multiple ways and anticipates filing new financial statements shortly. The company also intends to file its first, second, and third quarter 2025 financials over the coming weeks.“At a high level, the restatement significantly reduced our reported inventory. Consolidated inventory for 2024 was reduced by greater than $375 million, or nearly 40%...further, Lugano's revenue declined by more than 85% from previously reported levels following the removal of the fraudulent revenue,” a company executive said.Lugano filed for Chapter 11 protection under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code on November 16. “Regardless of what we ultimately recover from Lugano bankruptcy, the cost of the Lugano fraud will, by a wide margin, represent the most significant loss Cody has experienced since its inception,” the executive added.<h2 class="st-heading-2">Analyst Take</h2>According to William Blair, who has an ‘Outperform’ rating on the shares, Compass Diversified is worth at least $10 per share excluding Lugano. The firm said that it now awaits the restated financials.Blair's "back-of-the-envelope" estimate suggests Compass would need to raise about $500 million to reach its target leverage.
