Following up on the afternoon buying... pressed our entries today across a basket of small-cap biotechs we own right around these multi-month low levels - $VTGN $EYPT $NMRA $TNXP $VYGR - When the macro tape de-risks indiscriminately into a sector washout like this, pipeline values and cash per share get completely detached from reality. We took out the trash and pruned the dead weight in the portfolio earlier this month specifically for days like today. With our short index hedges locking down the downside into the weekend, we can afford to stay patient and add to these dislocations on our terms. Unplug and enjoy the weekend.

$VTGN VTGN FDA Update: Vistagen planned to meet with the FDA by September 30 regarding fasedienol's next Phase 3 trial. The FDA generally provides official meeting minutes within 30 days, placing October 29–30 in the expected window if the meeting occurred at quarter-end. Vistagen is not required to publicly release those results within 30 days. Management could already have feedback and be evaluating its next steps. Favorable FDA support for one additional Phase 3 trial would be a significant potential catalyst, but the meeting outcome remains unconfirmed.

$VTGN if this goes over .40 again it’s telling us something. Getting in soon. This could hit $5 by next week

$VTGN VTGN is prioritizing survival and continued development while reducing its cash burn. The company is preserving all three lead programs, but fasedienol is clearly the immediate priority. Lets see what Monday brings.

$VTGN so maybe out news next week. I cannot believe its trading for less than 20 cents or 9 mln market cap, a fraction of its SHELL/CASH/PIPELINE cumulative value.

PR out this morning on $VTGN: partnering with GATC Health to apply predictive AI modeling to their lead clinical pipeline. The focus is derisking protocol development for fasedienol’s upcoming Phase 3 SAD study (LSAS endpoint) and their Phase 2 depression/menopause programs. Coming right off multi-month support at $0.20, this is setting up nicely, IMO, as management pushes the clinical pipeline forward. Sitting on 50k shares at $0.21 and watching for volume to start picking up.

Quick technical breakdown... • Stochastics crossing up from oversold territory (15.31 / 9.84) right at structural demand. • ADX down to 19 with -DI rolling over, signaling selling pressure is essentially exhausted, IMO. • RSI reset cleanly to 34.49. That overhead gap remains wide open. At this valuation, any catalyst or PR spark makes this an easy runner with unlimited room above. Giddy up!

$VTGN Lilly just completed its acquisition of AtaiBeckley for about $2.8 billion upfront, with another potential $1.X billion tied to milestones. The key attraction is a pipeline of rapid-acting mental-health drugs, led by BPL-003, an intranasal treatment for treatment-resistant depression. Lilly specifically highlighted the potential for rapid-acting therapies that could move patients away from chronic daily dosing. VTGN Next 🤔

$VTGN guess nobody’s paying attention to new form filed after hours. Amendment after only 57 days to protect those that may be affected. Many ways to interpret this.

$VTGN good news imo, co. understands money funding Is not forever, this is another workforce reduction needed to stay alive the time needed to find a partner to outlicense programs and/or seek a Reverse Merger. FDA news should be positive imo because PR speaks about SAD Phase 3. Current market cap still a fraction of cash position, if good news out 1 usd imo. Lets Hope the coming news with FDA green light for a single ph3 confirmatory study🤞💪 3 valid compounds in ph2/3 should be worth a Little bit, add Shell for RM and cash, instead It seems a defunct co.😐😩

$VTGN if they hit on 1 of their 3 in stages this will tripple can you imagine what thill do if 2 have good results but the main question is if all 3 get FDA approval we may see a stock once again approach the $400 area just like the one where the guy went to jail.The difference here is this guy who went to jail deserved it as he for a drug price went crazy. This company actually is ready to mass produce its products. Only needs FDA approval and one is going to happen for sure

$VTGN .75 with short term study, Company Is severely undervalued imo, market cap 13 mln USD for potential yet not approved products with Total addressable market worth billions dollars and trading for less than market cap. I Hope FDA meeting did well. We should know at any moment. If Company did not have green light by FDA 15/20 cents likely then I would buy to bet for a Reverse Merger or business combination or asset sale.

$VTGN Sorry about the earlier typos. Nearly accidentally smashed one of my fingertips away a few days ago. Merely an explanation, no sympathy requested or required for this snailer typist! But we have all had the pain on this stock, now let's see the gain!

$VTGN It appears that a rigorous review by GATC could result in a possible trial failure underwriting from Lloyds of London. Premium for 100 percent of cost apparently runs around 30% of total cost, if GATC provides a positive review. Also appears that GATC may have some outside sources for this tyoe of funding, This move could be beginning of path forward to finally getting the VTGN pipeline to and trhough the FDA approval process. Will need to see details of GATC final agreement with VTGN,

$VTGN They have 2 drugs they can get a partnership with, dunno if that will happen or not, but if it does we are good.
