$ZVIA I will say, whatever my qualms with management over the stupid Cardi B deal, etc., Zevia remains an exceptional and unique product and it's selling like hotcakes in all of my local stores.

$ZVIA Definitely an exciting time to keep an eye on Zevia. I suspect there is a LOT more going on behind the scenes than we can imagine, and I suspect it's going to result in huge gains for shareholders.

$ZVIA I hate the preferred stock financing. $SLQT and $EHTH have done similar financing and it suffocated them both. I rarely ever see these arrangements work out on small caps for common shareholders. I liked ZVIA way more as a zero debt, zero overhang small cap investment. But def not as attractive now. I’ll wait for 70-80 cents or if I see a drop in Aluminum prices. With the overhang, Cardi B, new mgmt doing nothing, I don’t see much to get excited about. If they were even thinking about a sale there’s no way they’d do the pref stock deal. 6% financing is still adding a debt expense that is not needed IMO
