$BSX Boston Scientific trend resistance crossover and getting ready to test the 120 SMA. There could be some resistance here, but overall, this is a solid setup if it can continue pushing higher, even after a minor pullback. $SPY $DIA $QQQ $IWM

$BSX It is definitely not the best day for the stock but the sellers are not going to succeed IMHO to push it further down. All bad news and the worst case scenario are fully priced in, IMHO. I'm keeping in mind that 1) a lower stock price a the close of the Penumbra acquisition will reduce the total outlay of the transaction 2) there is an additional $3B for the stock repurchase program that was authorized by the board 3) $BSX historical P/E is around 24 and it is around 12 today... 4) there is an interesting formation on the chart that could lead to better days in the short to mid-term As always, do your research as this is just my (lame) personal opinion. The bears will be defeated....

Sales growth has slowed significantly Price will not rebound until the top line starts growing and that’s not until 2028 at the earliest Morale is at all time low. Boston Scientific is down 21% over the past 30 days and 60% from its 52 week highs of $109-105. The CEO purchased shares at higher prices, and I still see a lot to like here. Boston Scientific has a strong portfolio of medical devices, leading positions in cardiovascular and minimally invasive procedures, and long term growth opportunities across its healthcare businesses. The stock has pulled back significantly since my last post, where I said I’d rather wait for another pullback. This could be a nice average area. $BSX $DIA $SPY $QQQ $IWM

$BSX Can this FINALLY make a little move up and hold? Would seem there should be an update on the $PEN deal soon? Just poor execution by BSX, manufacturing, operations, sales, executive, seems to be all areas. Maybe the brokerages have "run out of" downgrades for this? Now they can accumulate at a low price, hopefully not lower.
