$LOW sad that Lowe’s underperformed 81% of stocks over the past year. HD about as dogish at 79% But eventually, mortgage rates will stop rising. Then they will start falling. When that happens it will uncork the biggest housing cycle since 1980. I’m not sure if it’s in 2027, 2030 or 2035 but I’ll get involved when the cycle flips. Unless I’m dead. Then I won’t. My guess it will be around when the AI bubble deflates
