$OCGN there will be a large announcement in the first week of November. They chose October 30th as the date of record for a reason, to allow large investors to stock up on the stock. They will be able to then pass the agreement. I will stick around for the good times. This will reach $2.50 befoe Decemebr 22nd and then $4 before the end of the year!!!

$OCGN I’m bullish because OCGN’s price already seems to price in a very pessimistic outcome. Even the dilution vote feels largely priced in. If OCU400 delivers strong data, the market could revalue the stock sharply. That’s why, at these levels, I see an attractive risk/reward.

$OCGN There is nothing for any retail purchaser to worry about besides keep buying at these ridiculous low levels and turning off your share lending. Since we hit the Russel the short houses are able to borrow your shares at 3% to short. The shorts are now winning at 32.87% & institutional ownership is at 47.93%. Corruption at its finest.
