I think this is how it will go: Tuts will push AI trades higher (see how indices holding up by only a handful of the AI stocks?) so they can hand the bags to your retirement accounts. But it has been very difficult to hold the AI stocks up (you can tell from the worsened market breadth. Tuts had to move all the money from all other sectors to just pump the AI stocks). I don't think the indices can hold up much longer. Indices will grind down after tuts exit AI trades. Then money will rotate to small caps and other sectors. That is when you see indices crack while market breadth improve.

I’m not certain, but I believe they want to remain an independent company with their own product rather than being acquired by major players; they seem closer to Microsoft than to Nvidia.
