He states the company is considering buybacks as one option to preserve and enhance shareholder value, especially given the perceived low valuation. However, he emphasizes caution: with limited cash, doing a large buyback at a high price while also pursuing M&amp;A could deplete reserves needed for rainy days or opportunities. He describes the approach as needing to be &quot;smart&quot; and realistic, weighing both buybacks and M&amp;A without committing to either exclusively. No firm plan or timeline is announced—it&#39;s under active consideration alongside other uses of capital to support long-term growth and valuation.
