The stock currently trades at 19 times forward earnings, significantly lower than the 96.7x valuation it reached in late 1999 during the dot-com bubble. 
The rally has been driven by strong demand for Cisco’s networking equipment, particularly hardware used in AI data centers, as enterprises increase investment in AI infrastructure. Other tech companies, including Amazon , have also seen gains amid AI-related optimism, though some analysts caution that rising stock prices and valuations could signal speculative excesses.
