They need to  have a multi day run and maintain the price above $1 because every time it pops, it gets slammed back down. Best case scenario is that since they have put out this 1:2 up to 1:10 reverse split news for maintaining their Nasdaq Compliance, they are only stating such to satisfy the SEC requirements.  An article today on SNAL reported the highest short interest in the communications services sector at 52.53%. If a price jump happens say between $1.50-$2 and maintains for the next 10 days after that up until June 29 (I think this was their compliance period, but you can double check that) in the next few days and management states that they will pull the reverse split, a short squeeze will most likely happen and you will see the stock price hit $4-$8 really fucking fast.
