$ARCT AbbVie is paying $2.1B for LNP and the tricks to couple a specific antibody to T-cell for car-T reprogramming in auto-immune disease treatment with mRNA delivered to T-cell (I think you can use third-party service for this Ab coupling if it&#39;s not existing in-house).
The thing is LNP delivery of mRNA therapeutics was not there in 2021 at Capstan till the arrival of ex-Arcturus employees. Then all of sudden Capstan filed for an patent protection on antibody conjugated LNP based mRNA delivery method in 2021 around arrival if Arcturus ex-employees.

The LNP could be worth 1-1.5 billion as Abbvie bought it mainly for the LNP system. Hope justice prevail. 

I hope they stop them from using the LNP system and hope the thieves get investigated, their homes and offices raided, their assets frozen and confiscated and jailed. But in this kind of case, normally no jail terms. 

Just thinking, for thefts of trade secrets, what if people steal and sell to companies from other countries, can they invoke the “spy “ laws and charged them.
