For the first six months of 2024, Kronos Worldwide reported net income of $27.6 million, or $.24 per share, compared to a net loss of $23.4 million, or $.20 per share, in the first six months of 2023. 
 
Kronos had a great quarter and will be reflected in VHI earnings.
