$ARM I&#39;m taking a closer look at this for possible entry because it&#39;s the only chip stock out of 43 that I watch that is in RSI oversold condition.  
 
ARM has... 
■ fallen -41% from 52 week high 
■ but still up 34.8% from 52 week low 
 
■ fallen through all key 20,50,100, and 200 moving averages &lt;-- very bearish 
■ RSI of 27.70 is very weak but could be early sign of reversal coming 
 
■ 52 week bottom is $80 on last major crash in back in April 
 
■ 39 analysts give and average rating of $162.47 (51% upside) 
 
■ From Oct high until now, 80% of daily candles are red meaning selling momentum hasn&#39;t slowed.  
 
■ 1 or 2 more red candles should get this to $100, and I&#39;ll start accumulating there with 2x leverage $ARMG.

$ARM $ARMG After my last alert, including the gains in premarket this morning, ARM has popped 18%, and ARMG 36%.  
 
Not sure why some perma-bears are only stuck with $SOXS $UVIX as if those are the only trading options available to them.
