(WRD) traded over 3% higher on Monday at noon after Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://mediaoffice.ae/en/news/2025/june/15-06/rta-signs-mou-with-uber-technologies-and-weride-to-launch-pilot-operations-of-autonomous-vehicles">said</a> that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Uber Technologies, Inc.
