$EFSH A couple of factors working against this. One this is .25 -.30 away from a delisting, two since the company is an actual scam it is always exposed to a delisting at any moment. The 90% drop in a week after a r/s will catch regulators eyes. 
They have a sister company $POLCQ that was delisted: went from $2 - .003 in the matter of days.  This outcome is unequivocal, however, we don’t know when.
