For those who don&#39;t know the back story here - NFE bought GMLP in &#39;21, then fully asset stripped it over the past few years. Last year NFE provided GMLP with an "irrevocable letter of financial support". The market now seems to believe that support is worth jack squat, given NFE's financial distress.  
 
A $25/share par preferred with $138 million in face value outstanding, GMLPF was owned almost entirely by retail investors for its 8.75% dividend income stream.  
 
It traded at $10/share earlier this year when NFE last issued a dividend for it. Now it's 3 cents/share. Brutal...

@CopperFox ouch! Have to admit with share price here and more bond distress, afraid of the same outcome. Not sure what power Wes has or if he even cares about his current stake and of insiders which is about 30%, which bond’s do you hold? Will likely be subordinate to bank debt, correct?

Have a mix of the &#39;26 and the stronger &#39;29. Debating either swapping the &#39;26  for the weaker &#39;29 (~1.7:1 at current prices), or swap for all-in the stronger &#39;29 (~1:1). If NFE enters reorg, then the &#39;26 and weaker &#39;29 are the same class, so will receive the same recovery, while the 12% &#39;29 is one notch higher (though one of the CRAs estimates they all face the same recovery).
