Sorry this is not directed at you but this leaderships (Or lack there of) to get anything done.  To this point zero other than to reduce shareholder wealth and increase theirs. 
 
I will say that in this article you could say this references many small companies some which have at least worked to preserve some shareholder value why not move to one of them? (Don&#39;t need an answer but something to think about) GL!!
