There is 216,819,088 shares outstanding as show in the 10-Q. Lets round it up to 217m total shares outstanding for simplicity. Then you have dilution let&#39;s say it had an average at $30 a share, likely higher.  That comes to $500m / $30 = 16,666,666 shares added. Total shares outstanding post dilution being around 233.6m shares. 
 
Total post diluted market cap of $6.86 billion at a share price of $29.36 
 
Intutive Machines has said they are guiding for $900m-$1b This puts the current forward p/s in a range of 6.86 to 7.6 on the lower bound of guidance.
