To keep transaction fees low and the network running indefinitely, Dogecoin features an uncapped supply where new coins are added forever. In a major regulatory milestone in March 2026, a joint SEC and CFTC framework officially classified Dogecoin as a digital commodity, placing it in the same asset category as gold or oil.

The project positions itself as "the first Solana dog coin for the people, by the people," explicitly rejecting venture capital backing in favor of grassroots community ownership. What sets Bonk apart from other memecoins is its combination of fair launch mechanics, extensive ecosystem integration, and active deflationary strategy.   Built on Solana, BONK benefits from fast transaction speeds and low fees that make it practical for everyday use. Native products include LetsBonk.fun (a memecoin launchpad that briefly became Solana's market leader in 2025, surpassing Pump.fun with over 78% market share), BonkSwap (a decentralized exchange) and BonkBot (a Telegram trading bot with built-in burn mechanics).   BONK is available across 10 blockchain networks and listed on major exchanges including Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, and Robinhood. Governance is handled by BonkDAO, which holds 15% of the token supply and makes decisions through on-chain voting.   The community has organized several major burn events, most notably the December 2024 BURNmas campaign that destroyed 1.69 trillion tokens worth over $50 million. In September 2025, Nasdaq-listed Safety Shot, Inc. formed BONK Holdings LLC and acquired over 2.5% of the circulating supply (valued at $55-63 million), making BONK one of the first memecoins to attract formal corporate treasury adoption. Core contributor Nom was appointed to Safety Shot's board, and the company holds a 10% revenue share in LetsBonk.fun.  As with all memecoins, BONK is a highly speculative asset with substantial volatility. Its value is primarily driven by community sentiment, social media momentum, and meme culture rather than traditional utility.   The anonymous team, while common in the memecoin space, means investors should exercise appropriate caution. Despite these risks, Bonk has established itself as one of the most successful community-driven tokens in the Solana ecosystem, approaching 1 million unique holders and expanding from a simple memecoin into meaningful DeFi infrastructure.

BONK is drawing attention amid the fallout from a DAO governance exploit that drained tokens from the project's treasury, which traders pair with an Upbit delisting as the drivers of a sharp selloff. The community is split between dip-buyers citing oversold prices and growing holder counts, and skeptics calling the token a scam headed to zero.

Shiba Inu (SHIB) is a decentralized, community-led cryptocurrency ecosystem built on the Ethereum blockchain. Originally launched as a meme-based project, it has evolved into a comprehensive financial ecosystem designed to offer a decentralized alternative to traditional banking. Its main value proposition lies in its transition from a social phenomenon into a functional utility network, supported by a vast global community known as the ShibArmy and a commitment to 100% community ownership with no central leadership.  The ecosystem features its own decentralized exchange, ShibaSwap, where users can trade, provide liquidity, and earn rewards. To address Ethereum’s high costs and slow speeds, the project utilizes Shibarium, a Layer 2 scaling solution that processes transactions faster and more affordably.  The project employs a unique three-token model to manage its economy and governance. SHIB serves as the primary currency for trading and payments, while LEASH offers scarcity-based incentives for dedicated supporters. BONE acts as the governance token, allowing holders to vote on proposals through the Doggy DAO and serving as the native gas token for the Shibarium network.

$RKLB One thing I don’t think the market is fully appreciating yet is the potential valuation impact of combining $RKLB with Iridium.

Iridium currently trades at a much lower revenue multiple than RKLB. In M&amp;A, however, the combined company doesn’t necessarily trade at a simple weighted-average multiple. 

One reason companies with premium valuations pursue acquisitions is the potential for multiple arbitrage: applying a higher consolidated multiple to a larger revenue base.

Using simple numbers:

• RKLB standalone: ~33.6x NTM sales
• Iridium: ~5.2x (~8x using acquisition metrics)
• Combined NTM revenue: ~$2.15B 

I wouldn’t expect the combined company to maintain RKLB’s full 33.6x multiple. But even at ~25x sales, the implied market cap would be roughly $54B. At 30x, it would approach $65B.

Dilution needs to be taken into account, but remains limited to 4-5% of RKLB’s diluted shares outstanding (29 mil. shares issued).

That’s the part I think investors may be underestimating.

 One thing I don’t think the market is fully appreciating yet is the potential valuation impact of combining

Iridium currently trades at a much lower revenue multiple than RKLB. In M&A, however, the combined company doesn’t necessarily trade at a simple weighted-average multiple.

That’s the part I think investors may be underestimating.

The acquisition could materially increase RKLB’s revenue base while the consolidated entity still commands a multiple far above Iridium’s standalone valuation. If the market eventually values the combined platform in the mid-to-high 20s for the P/Sales NTM multiple, that could push RKLB toward a ~$100 share price and represent substantial upside from current levels (and that’s before the merits of Neutron). 

And if you’re wondering why a ~25x multiple could be justified, a company expected to compound revenue at roughly 40–50% annually through 2030 can reasonably command a significant premium. In that context, 25x doesn’t look particularly excessive.

This is why looking only at the purchase price misses part of the story. The real question is what multiple the market assigns to the combined company.

For the multiple to be used post acquisition and justifying a 25x…higher growth + higher margins + stronger cash flows + lower risk = higher multiple. 

So you can see how IRDM improves several parts of the story. It will dilute RKLB’s growth rate somewhat, but it also makes the combined business more profitable, predictable, and cash-generative. And I think the acquisition could unlock significant new opportunities, especially now that Iridium would no longer be constrained by relying on external launch providers. 🚀
