$EPD As far as infrastructure upgrades goes, hey I know a thing about infrastructure, they were trying to fix the street light at the end of the street for over a year now and  they still haven&#39;t changed the lightbulb, its still under construction, they still have that guy wearing a stop sign directing traffic to the detour... so too is the nature of oil infrastructure, its a company talking point.  Ok i just scored some really bad karma.  😅
