That doesn’t mean DFSC immediately rebounds. There could still be other sellers, and the company absolutely still needs to execute.

But it changes what I’d watch now.

Instead of obsessing over every penny lower, I’d watch for volume drying up near the lows, stabilization, then a sudden increase in buying volume. If that happens after the financing supply has been absorbed, the tiny float and poor liquidity that hurt DFSC on the way down could amplify a move in the opposite direction.

Agreed, they got financing for a reason. Investors almost always sell their shares soon after receiving them, so we likely saw the price action from that.
