The report is hard to evaluate because of the incompleteness and also the ongoing nature of the work. This is clearly an area of lithium-rich pegmatites.  The map below shows the degree of surface work already done.  I added the three colored circles . The small red circle is what the SLR report concentrated on.  These two pegmatites were evaluated by core drill and the SLR report.  BMIX started badly on the coring of this area and basically botched it.  The core holes were in the wrong place and drilled at less than optimum angles to intersect the pegmatites.  A learning process for our team that seems to have been corrected already.  These pegmatites were highly weathered and relatively low in Li2O as a result. But, the SLR report states &quot;As depth increases, the concentration of lithium in the pegmatite increases due to less weathering.&quot;  I&#39;ll have more posts on this thread.

 Continuing on the red circle and the northern pegmatites:  This cross-section shows the incompleteness of the coring and how vertical core holes failed to intercept the bigger pegmatite.  What is not clear, is how many additional core holes have intersected these pegmatites since these first four.  Will post another map and continue discussing this.

Seems like, given the surface vegetation and topography, that our geologists will learn to pull even more from other sciences also, such as chemistry, physics of materials and light, and botany/zoology. Once we intersect some high % lithium samples, there must be some correlation to narrow the search for higher probability drill targets. Taking into account the effects of time since geological events on current distances.

This seems like a very limited creation by SLR with data they already had, like you stated. With some additional newer information as everything was occurring in real time. There is still a lot of land for the team to drill on and locate, only scratching the surface. 

Is there any other method than drilling and visible surface layer escavation? Meaning, any technology that alleviates the expanse of land such as LIDAR, or magnetic resonance, than can assist teams in locating best areas of veins or deposits?

The map below comes from LI&#39;s corporate presentation.  It shows an area just to the south of CBL&#39;s big underground spodumene mine, and also in the middle of Sigma&#39;s core area.  Here they talk about and show maps based on soil anomaly. It seems they are doing geochemical analysis of soil to look at Li2O concentration.  In theory these anomalies should align with subsurface pegmatites.  There is very little information on how their methods of sampling and analyzing the soil.

The map below comes from LI's corporate presentation.  It shows an area just to the south of CBL's big underground spodumene mine, and also in the middle of Sigma's core area.  Here they talk about and show maps based on soil anomaly. It seems they are doing geochemical analysis of soil to look at Li2O concentration.  In theory these anomalies should align with subsurface pegmatites.  There is very little information on how their methods of sampling and analyzing the soil.

@Aquahoya Perhaps not that difficult.  Even at my semi-crippled state and advanced age, I could ride a burro (better a Kawasaki Mule) around the prospect, with a pick and shovel and one strong Brazilian man or woman (to dig a little hole to expose fresh soil) :)
