$LRE The four sales is what locks this in for me. Given what we&#39;ve seen for Fiscal year 2026, I would project that earnings are going to drop sharply, likely somewhere in the range of $0.10 - $0.20 EPS. Revenue is going to come in much lower, maybe down 60% YOY.  
 
I&#39;m curious what the dividend will be given that 2026 FY is likely going to be a contraction.
