BDO signing on probably means they don&#39;t see Pete getting elected or they may know more of what&#39;s coming down the pike before the AGM to end Pete&#39;s campaign.
BDO will walk if they don&#39;t get paid - if no capital raise.

Would likely happen in early August after Q2 report....then again, mgmt. and the BOD are under the gun as it relates to a court ordered shareholder date, filing a proxy etc, so perhaps they give an unaudited look at &#39;18/&#39;19 or targets thereof since the CEO is being evaluated on such per targets set forth in Feb &#39;19. God only knows, but one thing for sure...current BOD and others want nothing to do w/ Pete.

However, there are still some major near term risks:
- Capital raise
- AKS portion of investgiation and impact on sales/distribution network after rooting out any remaining non-compliance
- SEC, DOJ, VA, DoD fines/settlements
- 7 yrs prep of (re)statements
- audit 3 yrs incl 12 Q&#39;s and 3 K&#39;s
- cost and distraction of AGM &amp; potential change out of BOD
- Rogue revenge seeking former CEO - may be a never ending disruptive force
