$DDOG beat by a lot and still fell 14.42% Wednesday to $188.72. Q3 revenue rose 35% to $1.20B and adjusted EPS of $0.81 crushed the $0.64 estimate. So why the drop? Q4 revenue was guided to $1.19B to $1.20B, flat against Q3, and the company said its largest customer, an unnamed AI firm, is pulling back to its minimum committed spend. Datadog even raised the full year to $4.515B to $4.525B and it did not matter. One customer can still bend the whole growth story. That is the part of this print I will remember.
