He already has the 1st batch of 333 million vested. (~$233k at todays traded price) THEN... he wrote himself 4 - $10k stipends annually and can grant himself a 50% bonus of his base salary. All of which is fully convertible into common shares. 

This means that the Dr has zero faith that he will be able to get a deal for shareholders and has proceeded to drown the ticker in dilution for himself. $BFCH is dead and thisbis the announcement that proves it.
