It&#39;s clear how volatile the markets like $SPY is right now. We keep having these 1-2% swings for every major index almost on a daily basis. I am glad I have shifted my portfolio a bit with about 20% in cash for now. Aka for quick in and out trades or something short-term with interest like a CD. 
 
Rest has been hedging into less voaltile investments like $GE, or $DXJ for exposure to Japan, and some broader funds. $NEM is probably my riskiest holding since I axed anything tied to the AI plays minus a couple broader funds with exposure to those trades, and those funds don&#39;t drop 3-5% like the stocks do.
