@cdlawton07 seems like this deal is primarily to keep the company together and hold all the jobs and in exchange they’re forcing us to accept less premium for stock owners. I could have made more over the same time period with simple S&amp;P500 exchange funds!

@le_penseur agreed, I’m not happy with it. I’m really hoping they are trying to drum up bids to come over the top of this one in the next month. CVRs are good until 2037 and will payout anywhere from $1 to $2 when they reach $500 million to $1.5 billion in sales. It’s a joke that shareholders will only make up to $16 million total on $1.5 billion in sales.
