Rivian Automotive, Inc. engages in the design, development, and manufacture of category-defining electric vehicles and accessories. It operates through following segments: Automotive, Software and Services. The company was founded by Robert J. Scaringe in June 2009 and is headquartered in Irvine, CA.

Rivian Automotive Inc - Ordinary Shares - Class A

Rivian Automotive Inc

A prolonged selloff toward 52-week lows has focused discussion on Rivians execution, cash burn and dilution risks, with traders questioning whether the R2 ramp and delivery growth can lead to profitability ahead of earnings. Bears see further downside, while bulls argue the shares are oversold and point to the production ramp and growth potential.

Tidal Trust II - YieldMax Semiconductor Portfolio Option Income ETF

YieldMax Semiconductor Portfolio Option Income ETF

Semiconductor and broader tech weakness is weighing on CHPY, with traders debating whether AI-related de-risking signals more downside or a buying opportunity. Many are adding shares and emphasizing the ETFs weekly distributions, while others are concerned about further losses and declining payouts.

VS Trust - 2x Long VIX Futures ETF

Volatility Shares 2x Long VIX Futures ETF

A sharp jump in volatility and VIX futures has drawn attention to UVIX, with traders linking the move to fears of US-Iran escalation, rising oil and backwardation. Some welcome the spike as a hedge or trading opportunity, while others warn that volatility could fade and the leveraged ETFs decay makes holding it risky.

Tesla, Inc. engages in the design, development, manufacture, and sale of electric vehicles and energy generation and storage systems. It operates through the Automotive and Energy Generation and Storage segments. The Automotive segment includes the design, development, manufacture, sale, and lease of electric vehicles as well as sales of automotive regulatory credits. The Energy Generation and Storage segment is involved in the design, manufacture, installation, sale, and lease of solar energy generation, energy storage products, and related services and sales of solar energy systems incentives. The company was founded by Jeffrey B. Straubel, Elon Reeve Musk, Martin Eberhard, and Marc Tarpenning on July 1, 2003 and is headquartered in Austin, TX.

Tesla Inc

Teslas SpaceX-inspired Roadster reveal is driving discussion, but traders are split between praising the engineering and dismissing it as a gimmick with little near-term earnings impact; the stocks sharp reversal was also attributed to weakness across tech shares. Some traders are speculating about a TeslaSpaceX merger, though no deal has been announced.

SELLAS Life Sciences Group, Inc. is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, which engages in the development and commercialization of immunotherapeutic for cancer indications. Its product pipeline includes galinpepimut-S. The company was founded by Angelos M. Stergiou on April 3, 2006 and is headquartered in New York, NY.

SELLAS Life Sciences Group Inc

SELLAS shares sold off sharply amid broad biotech-market weakness and options-expiration trading, with many traders pointing to pressure around the $10 strike; no company-specific news was identified in the discussion. Attention remains focused on the delayed REGAL Phase 3 update, including the 80th-event announcement, as bullish holders call the decline a buying opportunity while skeptics cite the prolonged silence and uncertainty around the trial.

Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. engages in the design and manufacture of optical communications products. Its products include optical devices, such as laser diodes, photodiodes, related modules and circuitry, and equipment for applications in fiber-to-the-home, cable television, point to point communications, and wireless. The company was founded by Chih Hsiang Lin on February 28, 1997 and is headquartered in Sugar Land, TX.

Applied Optoelectronics Inc

AAOI is drawing attention amid a steep pullback alongside other AI-optics stocks, with traders linking the sector weakness to concerns about AI funding and reports questioning OpenAIs revenue run rate. Bulls are treating the decline as a buying opportunity on continued data-center optics demand, while bears point to dilution, valuation, and the stocks weak price trend; the reported OpenAI figures remain a debated explanation rather than a company-specific catalyst.

Zoracles

Sharp price and volume swings have fueled renewed speculative trading in ZORA, with some traders anticipating further momentum or a short squeeze while others warn the rallies may be short-lived pump-and-dump moves. The community also debates whether Zoras expansion into Solana-based attention markets will benefit token holders, but that link remains uncertain.

USA Rare Earth, Inc. is a domestic supplier of rare earth magnets and heavy rare earth elements. It develops a vertically integrated domestic supply chain for rare earth element magnet production, with a facility in Stillwater and mining rights to the Round Top heavy rare earth and critical minerals deposit in West Texas. The company was founded in May 2019 and is headquartered in Stillwater, OK.

USA Rare Earth Inc. - Ordinary Shares - Class A

USA Rare Earth Inc

A prolonged selloff in USAR and other rare-earth stocks is driving discussion, with traders citing dilution concerns, heavy spending before scaled production, and uncertainty over execution and government support. Frustrated bears blame short sellers and fading sector momentum, while bulls see the decline as an oversold pullback in a strategically important domestic supply-chain play and are looking for a rebound.

ProShares Trust II - ProShares Ultra VIX Short-Term Futures ETF 1.5x Shares

ProShares Ultra VIX Short-Term Futures ETF

A sharp UVXY move has focused attention on rising volatility and fears of a broader market pullback, with traders pointing to geopolitical and rate uncertainty as possible risks. The community is split between expecting a larger volatility spike and shorting the move, arguing that UVXYs VIX-futures exposure, contango and decay can make it diverge from spot VIX and limit lasting gains.

What is the project about? Vara Network is a substrate-based future proof smart contract platform that is fast, scalable, and makes it simple to create and deploy next-generation Web3.0 dApps Vara is the first standalone network in the Gear Protocol Gear is a next-gen cloud infrastructure platform providing most intuitive and frictionless environment for web2 and web3 developers to build complex infrastructure solutions and disruptive dApps for any ecosystem What makes your project unique? Vara is built upon three core concepts: The actor model, and persistent memory — two widely adopted primitives from massive computation and microservices architecture spaces Wasm — a WebAssembly-based virtual machine that runs on all modern browsers. Proven to be faster than any alternative web2 virtual machines Vara was created to serve as a wasm-native hub for innovative protocols that leverage parallel execution and asynchronous programming to deliver leading decentralized products in any segment History of your project. Gear Protocol and the Vara Network were originally created by Nikolay Volf, one of the core developers of Polkadot. In 2021, he embarked on building an advanced layer 1 smart contract platform using Substrate, Polkadot's custom framework. His vision included creating a platform that enables fast and efficient execution of robust, feature-rich dApps while in a seamless development environment similar to that of Web 2.0 development. He did this by harnessing the power of innovative technologies like Wasm, the Actor Model, and Persistent Memory. These technologies significantly enhance smart contract development and provide a seamless end-user experience and provide the foundation for the development of Vara Network. 1. Q2 2021 - Pre-Seed Round: In the second quarter of 2021, the Protocol secured its initial funding through a pre-seed round. This likely involved seeking investment from early-stage investors or venture capitalists to kickstart the development of the project. 2. Q4 2021 - Seed Round: In December 2021 raised $12 Million in Venture Round. Private investment round led by Blockchange Venture. In addition to Blockchange, other top venture capital funds participated in this round, including Three Arrows Capital, Lemniscap, Distributed Global, LAO, Mechanism Capital, Bitscale, Spartan Group LLC, HashKey, DI Ventures, Elysium Venture Capital, Signum Capital and P2P Economy lead by Konstantin Lomashuk, along with a number of top executives of Web3 Foundation and Parity Technologies. Dr. Gavin Wood, Founder and ex-CEO of Parity Technologies and one of the key individual investors participating in this round. 3. 2022 - Intensive Scaling and Development, First Test Integrations: Throughout the year 2022, Vara was focused on two primary activities. First, the engagement in an extensive outreach process to build up the team. Second, the project advanced its technical development efforts and started working on integrating their technology with various test environments to ensure its functionality and viability. 4. Q4 2022 - Testnet Launch. 5. Q1 2023 - PoA Launch: In the first quarter of 2023, Vara achieved launch of its Proof of Authority (PoA) consensus network, which is a chain candidate for mainnet. Current Status of Vara: Presently, the project boasts a talented and diverse decentralized workforce, consisting of dozens of engineers and other community members to drive the project's success. One of the remarkable aspects of Vara is its substantial pipeline of initiatives with over 40 projects. What’s next for your project? Current projects being researched and developed by the community: - Intensive testing and improvement of the actor model features in the blockchain space - Launch of the key stack of dApps in our parallel and asynchronous environment - Development of innovative infrastructure solutions (e.g offchain zk actors including machine learning) independently and together with the segment leaders What can your token be used for? VARA tokens maintain core utility features required for the network to operate: transaction fees staking and network security governance other: gas pools for gas reservation Contributors to the Gear protocol are exploring the mechanics of how to distribute a portion of block rewards directly toward dApp developers

Vara Network

VARA is drawing attention after sharp, volatile price and volume moves, with traders debating whether the bursts signal a sustained recovery or another pump-and-dump. Bulls point to slower token unlocks and network developments such as a new DEX and Ethereum bridge, while skeptics remain concerned about dilution and persistent selling pressure.

@daytrader0 I thought today was the day for the crash but once again they run it down after hours then UPPPPPP soon as the bell dings. There’s no catalyst incoming expected. Literally an insane pump that will end badly for people buying high after the dilution begins.

@daytrader0 I’m going to help you here although you will likely not listen.

I know more about this stock than any single trader on this board or you will ever meet in life. I have been deeply invested in AMD since January 2014.

I own a small technology talent acquisition company…

And while absolutely nothing is 100% guaranteed in the market…

And there will always be corrections and recessions…

You are absolutely 100% wrong about this stock.

I’m borderline obsessive and when I lock in on any particular subject, it is nearly impossible for me to get past it.

This has made me extremely successful in some ways, and has been a nightmare in other ways!

All that said, I have somewhere between 6000 - 8000 total hours invested in studying this single stock ALONE.
