$ITRM after thinking about this for a while, I don’t think there is a buyout on the table. It doesn’t make sense to beg for a shareholders vote with in the works. To me what’s imperative is getting that extension by NASDAQ. Somehow he has to give them a plan how to go forward to for compliance. That’s the number one goal. Then he can if he hasn’t already begun to look for a licensing deal or partnership.  
Fish will have to set his goal to get paid back maybe a couple years while he can continue to get the drug out and to show big Pharma that it can be a success.  
Pfizer is the most logical one to do a licensing deal with to me, but who knows .
