Certificate of Dissolution should be filed in late april/early May, then stock delisted from OTC because transfer agent will close books.
Am I wrong or market Is underestimating future cash proceeds?
NeoTrail bought asset for 5 mln USD, amount disclosed in the last sec filing, GILEAD completed 10 mln USD deal buying every agreed cent. 
I am assuming +- 14 mln fully diluted common shares.
