International Deal Wins Across Multiple Channels

Recently, the company secured a $1.04 million license renewal and expansion order from a foreign retail bank for its biometric identification solution and disclosed that it had a cash position of $2.7 million.

Earlier this year, BIO-key announced a strategic partnership with Visualforma, a Portuguese IT solutions provider, to expand advanced identity and access management across Portugal’s public sector. The partnership introduces a new business line focused on municipal councils to strengthen cybersecurity and improve access to digital public services.

Under the agreement, Visualforma will deploy BIO-key’s biometric and identity management technologies across Portugal’s public-sector network of more than 250 government organizations. The solutions aim to secure access to digital services, improve cybersecurity controls, and support regulatory compliance across municipalities, schools, and healthcare institutions.
