Realty firm Brigade Enterprises Limited on Friday (September 26) said it has executed a sale deed for the sale of an undivided proportionate share of land measuring 6,534 square yards (5,463.26 square metres or 1.35 acres) at Kokapet village, Ranga Reddy district, Telangana.


The land, located in Neopolis Layout-II, was sold to Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited, a subsidiary of the company, for ₹110.14 crore. The company noted that the transaction forms part of the objects of the initial public offering (IPO) of Brigade Hotel Ventures.


In a separate disclosure, Brigade said it has acquired a 100% equity stake in AMG Info Park Private Limited for ₹13.44 crore, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. AMG Info Park, incorporated in June 2010, is engaged in real estate development but has not reported turnover for FY23, FY24, or FY25 as it is in the process of becoming operational.


Brigade stated that the acquisition is aligned with its core business of real estate development. The purchase, completed on September 26, 2025, was executed in cash and does not qualify as a related party transaction.


This week, Brigade Enterprises said it has signed a joint development agreement to develop a residential project in Banashankari, south Bengaluru. Spread across 7.5 acres, the project carries a gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹1,200 crore.


The company said the project is poised to deliver thoughtfully designed, high-quality residential spaces, reinforcing Brigade’s commitment to creating premium urban living experiences in Bengaluru’s growth corridors.


With proximity to key infrastructure, educational institutions, and commercial hubs, the project is positioned to become a landmark residential address in South Bengaluru.


Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited ended at ₹910.20, down by ₹9.85 or 1.07%, on the BSE today, September 26.
