Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd said on Monday it received a letter of intent from Adani Energy Solutions Ltd for the supply of conductors worth ₹276.06 crore for the Khavda renewable energy project.

Diamond Power said the promoters and group companies have no interest in the awarding entity and clarified that the order does not fall under related-party transactions.
Adani Energy Solutions, part of the Adani Group, is developing large transmission corridors to evacuate renewable energy from the Khavda renewable energy park in Kutch, billed as the world’s largest renewable energy installation. The transmission package involves high-capacity lines to move power from wind and solar projects under development in the region.
Diamond Power Infrastructure, which manufactures conductors, power cables and transformers, has been gradually rebuilding its order book after completing its corporate debt restructuring in recent years.
