Dilip Buildcon Ltd on Thursday (November 13) reported a net profit of ₹182 crore for the quarter ended September 2025, a decline of 22.8% from ₹235 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue for the quarter fell 21.8% year-on-year to ₹1,925 crore from ₹2,461 crore, indicating a slowdown in project execution compared to the year-ago period.

As of September 30, 2025, Dilip Buildcon reported a net order book of ₹18,610 crore. The company’s order mix includes Roads and Highways at 14.02%, Mining at 21.96%, Irrigation at 25.89%, Tunnels at 9.93%, Water Supply at 2.84%, Optical Fiber at 5.18%, Special Bridge and Urban Development at 9.86%, Metro at 8.82%, and Renewable Energy at 1.50%.

During the quarter, the company secured several key infrastructure projects across different states. In Rajasthan, it won an irrigation project worth ₹2,034 crore for constructing a feeder from Isarda to Khura Chainpura to Bandh Baretha, Bharatpur, including all components and 20 years of operation and maintenance under a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) basis.
In Haryana, Dilip Buildcon bagged a ₹1,277 crore metro project involving the construction of a viaduct and 14 elevated stations from Millennium City Centre to Sector 9, including a spur to Dwarka Expressway and an underpass at Bhaktawar Chowk, on an EPC basis. The company also secured a renewable energy project worth ₹279 crore in Madhya Pradesh for developing a 100 MW grid-connected ground-mounted solar PV power project under captive mode.
In Kerala, it won an urban development project valued at ₹1,115 crore for the design, construction, testing, commissioning, and operation and maintenance of infrastructure works at Pudussery Central and Kannambra under the Chennai–Bengaluru Industrial Corridor (CBIC) extension to Kochi via Coimbatore, on an EPC basis.

Further, in Tamil Nadu, the company was awarded a road project worth ₹700 crore for the four-laning of the Paramakudi–Ramanathapuram section of NH-49 (New NH-87) on a HAM basis.
Additionally, in Odisha, Dilip Buildcon secured a metro-related EPC project worth ₹260 crore for the development of the Barpali loading bulb at Kusara under the jurisdiction of the South Eastern Railway’s Chakradharpur Division.
Shares of Dilip Buildcon Ltd ended at ₹476.15, up by ₹0.95, or 0.20%, on the BSE.
