Interarch Building Solutions Ltd, a leading provider of pre-engineered steel buildings in India, on Saturday held the groundbreaking ceremony for its new plant in Attivaram, Andhra Pradesh.
The facility, with a first-phase capacity of 25,000 metric tonnes and an investment of around ₹100 crore, will cater to multi-storey steel buildings, data centres, semiconductor and electronic plants, and battery manufacturing facilities. The plant, spread over 20 acres with a built-up area of 17,000 sq. m, is expected to start production by the end of Q2 FY27 and create more than 200 jobs.
Manish Garg, CEO, said the expansion will strengthen Interarch’s manufacturing footprint in southern India, enhance service delivery, and accelerate construction of sustainable, resilient high-rise steel buildings.
The company recently commissioned Phase 2 of its existing PEB plant in Attivaram with 25,000 MT capacity and an investment of ₹32 crore, making the site a fully integrated pre-engineered building facility strategically located near major industrial corridors and ports.
Interarch, operational since 1983, provides turnkey steel construction solutions with integrated design, manufacturing, and on-site project management capabilities, and offers metal roofing, cladding, and ceiling systems under its TRACDEK and TRAC brands, as well as innovative load-bearing wall systems for non-industrial buildings.
