U.S. stock futures rose early Wednesday with investors monitoring signals of a breakthrough in the Middle East and a blockbuster earnings report from chipmaker AMD. 

On Tuesday night, President Trump announced "Great Progress" toward a final agreement with Iran, pausing "Project Freedom" to allow for mediation. Meanwhile, Iran has reportedly said it would accept only a "fair and comprehensive agreement" in its negotiations with the U.S. 

As of 4:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday: Dow, S&P 500, and Russell 2000 futures rose 0.3%, Nasdaq futures gained 0.7%.

Retail sentiment toward the SPDR S&P 500 ETF (SPY), an exchange-traded fund that tracks the S&P 500 Index, and the Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ) ETF, which tracks the Nasdaq-100 Index, has remained ‘bullish’ from ‘extremely bullish’ earlier this week.

Trending Stocks To Watch

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) stock rose 19% in early pre-market trade on Wednesday after reporting stellar earnings and a massive $11.2 billion Q2 revenue outlook driven by AI data center growth. Keep an eye on Nvidia (NVDA) stock in trade too today.

Meta Platforms (META): Reports suggest that the company is developing "Hatch," an AI consumer agent and Instagram shopping tool, to monetize its AI investments.

AAPL (Apple): Has settled a $250 million lawsuit regarding delayed Siri AI features, clearing a legal hurdle for its software roadmap.

Watch out for Tesla (TSLA) as the U.S. reportedly prepares to impose a potential 25% tariff on EU car imports, which could shift the competitive landscape for EVs.

Novo Nordisk (NVO) rose 8% in early pre-market trade after it raised its 2026 outlook on explosive demand for its new Wegovy pill. Novo said total prescriptions for the new obesity pill have now exceeded 2 million since its January launch.

Immunity Bio (IBRX) is garnering heavy retail attention after its founder, Patrick Soon-Shiong, said the company’s AI-powered immune-cell manufacturing robot is already in production and is scheduled for delivery this month. This comes as the company gears up to declare fresh Anktiva and BCG data next week.

Digi Power X Inc. (DGXX) shares were trending on Stocktwits over optimism for its multi-billion-dollar deal with Nvidia’s rival, Cerebras Systems. 

Strategy (MSTR) is also garnering retail attention after Michael Saylor said the company could potentially sell Bitcoin. 

Super Micro Computer (SMCI) stock surged 17% in early pre-market trade after it forecast fourth-quarter revenue and adjusted profit above Wall Street estimates. 

Other tickers trending on Stocktwits at the time of writing included Lucid Group (LCID), Micron Technology (MU), Upstart Holdings (UPST), and Sandisk Corp (SNDK).

Other Catalysts To Watch

On the economic front, traders will be watching the release of the ADP Private Payrolls report for April, seeking clues on the labor market’s health ahead of Friday’s official jobs report. 

On earnings radar, watch out for quarterly reports from Walt Disney (DIS), Uber (UBER), CVS Health (CVS), Kraft Heinz (KHC), and Marriott (MAR), among others, today.
