$MOVE Corvex, an AI cloud provider of GPU computing (ex-Movano), can now sell up to $250M of stock at market through Chardan, about equal to its ~$255M market value at the Oct 13 close ($9.23) and ~4.5x the ~$55M pro forma cash it cited after its August PIPE. Part of the proceeds may go to unpaid fees it already owes Chardan, on top of a 2.5% commission. It doesn't have to sell any shares. At $9.23 the full $250M is ~27.1M new shares, near 27.6M outstanding Aug 11, plus 21.8M from Series D; it warns of 'substantial dilution' and going-concern doubt.
