  • The deal follows last week’s agreement with Germany’s Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG aimed at advancing counter-unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems.
  • The company earlier secured an order worth about $8.2 million to deploy its Iron Drone Raider counter systems at a major European airport.

Ondas shares jumped more than 2% in premarket trading on Wednesday after the company announced that it had received about $10 million in new purchase orders across its autonomous systems portfolio.

The orders include counter-UAS solutions for critical infrastructure operators, integrated autonomous drone systems, and robotic ground platforms for government security customers, it stated. The order strengthens Ondas' commercial momentum following its record third-quarter results and reflects growing demand from government and critical infrastructure customers for its integrated autonomous air and ground solutions.

"These new orders underscore the sustained, global demand we are seeing for autonomous air and ground systems and advanced counter-UAS capabilities," said Eric Brock, Chairman and CEO of Ondas.

"2025 has been a defining year for Ondas, with record results, expanding customer programs, and clear validation of our multi-domain autonomy strategy,” he added.

Strong Demand

Earlier, Ondas secured an order worth about $8.2 million to deploy its Iron Drone Raider counter systems at a major European airport. The order followed a similar $8.2 million contract for a different European airport in November.

Last week, it also announced a new agreement with Germany’s Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG to advance counter-unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems.

Ondas had secured a government tender to develop a large-scale autonomous border-protection system deploying thousands of drones, with an initial purchase order expected in January 2026.

Rally In 2025

Ondas’ stock has gained nearly 260% so far this year. However, Stifel analyst Jonathan Siegmann urged investors not to be deterred by elevated near-term valuation multiples.

Siegmann initiated coverage of Ondas with a ‘Buy’ rating and a $13 price target by adding that Ondas is positioned to become a leader in unmanned systems.
