Trading Radar For July 14: DMart, BEML, Wockhardt, Glenmark, VIP Industries And Zydus Are On The Watchlist

Indian equity markets declined on Friday, weighed down by index heavyweight Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) after it reported weak Q1 FY26 results. This marked the second straight week of losses for the benchmark indices, with the Nifty slipping below the key support level of 25,200.

The markets are expected to open lower on Monday, tracking mixed global cues. The GIFT Nifty, a key early indicator for the Nifty 50, slipped 0.18% to 25,187.

Investors will be keeping a keen eye on the execution of a reported interim trade agreement with the United States, which may lower proposed tariffs to under 20%.

Ahead of trade on Monday, here are the stocks to watch.

Avenue Supermarts: Posted Q1FY26 revenue of ₹15,932 crore and net profit of ₹830 crore, with a dip in EBITDA margin to 8.2% from 8.9%.

Wockhardt: Announced a strategic shift in its U.S. business, exiting the generic pharmaceutical segment and initiating voluntary liquidation of its subsidiaries, Morton Grove Pharma and Wockhardt USA.

Religare Enterprises: To raise ₹1,500 crore via warrant issuance at ₹235, with equal contributions from promoters and 11 investors, leading to an increase in promoter holding from 25.7% to approximately 29.6%.

Akzo Nobel: JSW Paints Launched an open offer to acquire an additional 25.24% stake in Akzo Nobel India after agreeing last month to purchase a 74.76% stake in the Dulux paint-maker for ₹8,986 crore.

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals: Received a warning letter from the US FDA for its Indore facility, though the company stated the letter will not impact current supplies or revenue.

RVNL: Secured a ₹213.22 crore contract from South Central Railway for OHE system upgrades across 195.5 RKM.

Zydus Lifesciences: Announced that its US arm will acquire two biologics manufacturing sites from Agenus through a new subsidiary, Zylidac Bio LLC.

Orient Green Power: Disclosed a tax notice to its subsidiary BWFL regarding ₹4.37 crore in disallowed depreciation, resulting in a ₹4.35 crore tax liability.

Titagarh Rail Systems: Signed a 99-year lease for 40 acres in West Bengal to build infrastructure for metro and Vande Bharat trains, including a test track.

Hindustan Copper: Clarified that the new 50% US copper tariff will not impact its business as it primarily sells domestically.

BEML: Will hold a board meeting on July 21 to consider its first-ever stock split.

VIP Industries: Announced that promoters led by Dilip Piramal will sell up to 32% stake, triggering an open offer for 26%.

Sula Vineyards: Reported a 7.9% YoY revenue decline to ₹118.3 crore in Q1FY26, though wine tourism revenue rose 21.8% to ₹13.7 crore.

Adani Green: Issued equity shares to Ardour Investment Holding upon conversion of previously issued preferential warrants.

RITES: Received a ₹46.82 crore order from Karnataka’s DCTE for building and renovating government colleges under the PM USHA Scheme.

NCC: Won a ₹2,269 crore MMRDA contract for rolling stock, signaling, telecom, and depot systems for the Swami Samarth Nagar - Vikhroli metro corridor.

Castrol India: Won a ₹4,131 crore MVAT tax dispute after the Customs Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) dismissed the Maharashtra Sales Tax Department's appeals for FY 2007–08 to 2015–16 and 2017–18.

Results to watch: HCL Technologies, Ola Electric Mobility, Tata Technologies, Tejas Networks, Nelco, Rallis India, Authum Investment, Den Networks, Kesoram Industries, and Sambhav Steel Tubes.
