Iovance’s stock jumped 31%, while AbCellera and CrowdStrike stocks gained over 6% and 1%, respectively.
Iovance stock reached a two-year high of $15.30 after the biotech company raised its 2026 revenue outlook. The improved outlook reflects stronger commercial demand for Amtagvi, the company's tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte therapy for metastatic melanoma. The stronger business outlook also prompted H.C. Wainwright analyst Joseph Pantginis to lift his price target to $20 from $9 while keeping a ‘Buy’ rating.
On Stocktwits, retail sentiment around the stock improved to ‘extremely bullish’ from ‘bullish’ territory the previous day.
AbCellera stock jumped to a four-year high of $15 as JPMorgan began covering the biotechnology company with an ‘Overweight’ rating and a $17 price target, describing the business as approaching a "major value inflection point."

The firm pointed to clinical results from ABCL635, AbCellera's internal program targeting NK3R protein to address menopausal hot flashes. JPMorgan highlighted the candidate's combination of efficacy, safety, and dosing convenience.
The firm also cited AbCellera's broad collection of pharmaceutical partnerships as support for its technology platform and noted that those relationships can help offset the company's operating expenses. Retail sentiment around the stock improved to ‘extremely bullish’ from ‘bullish’ territory the previous day.
CrowdStrike stock climbed to a record high of $267.69 after the cybersecurity company announced plans to bring its Falcon platform to the OpenAI Marketplace.

The move connects CrowdStrike's cloud-based security and threat intelligence capabilities with OpenAI's enterprise AI ecosystem. The integration will give business customers greater security while helping automate responses to potential threats. Investors expect the growing use of AI agents to increase demand for security tools.
However, retail sentiment around the stock remained in ‘bearish’ territory.
So far this year, IOVA, ABCL and CRWD stocks have gained between 124% and 429%.
