According to a&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.wsj.com/finance/stocks/american-bitcoin-nasdaq-trump-brother-backed-54cd8118">report</a> by The Wall Street Journal, Eric Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Bitcoin (BTC) miner Hut 8 (HUT), and other American Bitcoin shareholders will control approximately 98% of the combined company.
