$ALMS ⏳🧠👈🏻🧘🏻 .. envudeucitinib has already demonstrated strong efficacy, and in the long-term ONWARD3 study, 54% of patients achieved PASI 100 after 48 weeks. ⬇️⬇️⬇️

$ALMS I bought 909 at $11.00 and 1020 at $9.80. Will continue to buy an additional $10,000 for every $1.00 drop. No debt, 92% institutional ownership, and small short interest. I agree with Oppenheimer on this one. It will bounce back: "Alumis' Share Price Fall After Envudeucitinib Trial Data Likely Overreaction, Oppenheimer Says"

$ALMS I do not undersatnd why the market thinks ALMS is pricing as a nothing company. the failed Lupus trial is the second indication. the first indication is plaque psoriasis, which is a success in 3 phase 3 trials and 2 phase 2 trials. this is almost guaranteed an approval, with annual peak sales much larger than the current market cap. People are thinking they have a failed drug. it is not true. they have a successful drug, and this drug failed for a secondary indication. it may not be the big one-pill platform for multiple indications as the company wanted, but it is still a successful drug.

$ALMS buy at this price. As 80-90% investment is based on psoriasis drug not lupus. And psoriasis drug nda is on track for q4 2026 based off strong data

$ALMS the simplest explanation for why the stock would continue dropping so much after the large insider purchase is that it means there’s likely no major news - such as an acquisition - currently in the works, even though it is obviously bullish longer term by showing major confidence in the company’s prospects. So the short term speculators have been exiting at these ridiculous rock bottom prices even while it’s clearly oversold. I think large investors will be accumulating at these levels when they see that selling is finally over and this can rocket higher again after the short term specs have all exited at a loss.

$ALMS Okay Idk how any of you are doing your research but Alumis released almost nothing concrete about the LUMUS trial. There weren't any p-values, no placebo comparator, no subgroup n. These weren't just bad results it's like they actually tried to shoot themselves in the foot and make the results unchekable.

$ALMS perfect setup for a buyout. Psoriasis tablet will be out in November. 2027. Lilly gonna jump on this one. Look at the management. CEO sold his last company for hefty $$$$.

$ALMS this huge drop based on a lupus trial miss seems very odd considering the population for lupus treatment is only ~200k in the US compared to the much larger population of 8 million+ (40x) affected by psoriasis, for which they’ve reported best in class results. I think the market coming to its senses quickly and realizing lupus was only a tiny fraction of the drug’s potential should make for a quick recovery, esp considering they recently confirmed enough cash to fund ops for the next 12 months.

$ALMS The Positive Impact: Higher Interest IncomeBecause Alumis does not have any debt to service, they completely bypass the primary risk of a rate hike (rising interest expenses). Instead, they benefit on the asset side of their balance sheet:

$ALMS stock is doing exactly what it should...there are major lines of resistance around 12 and 13, and a big gap fill around 15. We tested 12 and bounced a bit, we will try again today. It may take a little while, but I don't see how we won't try for 15. Certainly the value is there, the market just needs to do more digesting. I am not sure I would sell at 15, because 20 is a huge magnet as well. I can see this settling in the $20 zone, they sell off was way overdone vs the actual impact of the news and there is so much intrinsic value in the company.

$ALMS Average price target is $32.33. The psoriasis drug will lift beyond the target. This is a no brainer to me.

$ALMS such a over reaction yesterday. People really need to learn to read past just headlines. Company still has a drug that passed phase 3, still has an fda filing coming up, and still has a ton of cash on hand to see these projects through.

$ALMS The trial missed, but I don't think the drug did. TYK2, which this drug blocks, is the kinase driving the interferon pathway that's overactive in IGS high patients specifically. So it makes sense that's exactly where it worked, with clean separation from placebo. The miss came down to enrolling too many IGS low patients, whose disease isn't driven by that same pathway, so they were never going to respond to a drug built to hit it. Annoying, but fixable. There's already a test that lets them screen for the right people in Phase 3. And none of this touches psoriasis, which is still on track for Q4. Feels like the market's overreacting when it's really more of a "wrong patients, right drug" problem.

$ALMS I wish I had balls. And could just buy this here. Psoariasis drug the money maker. This Lupus drug is further down the pipeline it shouldn't be hitting the price this hard. Insiders probably buying today. Show up on report tomorrow. Stock spikes. But. I have no balls

$ALMS all the post lupus trial news shorts will be underwater after a break and hold above the 9/1 premarket high of 11.56, with no significant technical resistance till the 15-18 range. Should slice through like a hot knife through butter. 🚀🚀🚀 Also no weekly options so no OpEx till 9/18, so there won’t be the usual incentive for MMs to do their typical Friday price pinning action either. Looks like clear skies to the northeast. GL bulls ✈️ ✈️ ✈️
