About AMTX

Aemetis, Inc. is a renewable fuels and biochemical company, which engages in the acquisition, development, and commercialization of technologies that replace traditional petroleum-based products. It operates through the North America and India geographical segments. The North America segment manages Keyes Plant in California, the cellulosic ethanol facility in Riverbank, the cluster of biogas digesters on dairies near Keyes, California, the Goodland Plant, Kansas and the research and development facility in Minnesota. The India segment refers to the Kakinada plant, administrative offices in Hyderabad, and holding companies in Nevada and Mauritius. Its products include glycerin, ethanol, food and feed, biodiesel, and edible oils. The company was founded by Eric Armstrong McAfee in 2006 and is headquartered in Cupertino, CA.

$AMTX Follow the policy momentum. Federal E15 through the Farm Bill + USDA biofuels trade initiative + 45Z Notice 2026-53 all landed within 10 days. The market is repricing AMTX as a biofuels-policy beneficiary, not on company fundamentals (some people just do not understand this point). Our 16% move on volume today is likely institutional accumulation triggered by the catalyst(s) stacking up, amplified by the oversold technical setup. Good luck longs, looking forward to 2027 and beyond!

$AMTX Near-Term Catalysts (now to end of October / early November). Aemetis is loaded with triggers, SB 795 (CA E15) sits on Newsom's desk — one signature opens an expanded ethanol market. EPA's RIN reallocation is promised before end-October. India keeps building: $17M OMC biodiesel deliveries ramping, fresh orders + a possible IPO in 2027…(I know…). Also, a 45Z tax-credit sale, GREET model update, and Keyes MVR progress into year-end. Risk: cash just $973K vs $415M current liabilities — dilution / financing overhang is the real threat; catalysts are potential, not guaranteed. Still in my opinion: Risk < Reward Good luck longs, looking forward to 2027, miracle(s), Eric buying a share, and beyond!

$AMTX We have two and a half months were I cannot see any possible negative news to hit the wire on Aemetis; maybe a market black swan event, but nothing specific to Aemetis. On the other side of the ledger there are huge catalyst(s) that could hit in favor of Aemetis in that time period. Even Eric cannot mess up the Goldilock environment he has luckily positioned us. Miracles do happen.

$AMTX Seems like the corner will be turned soon. Lots coming down the pipe, just hope Eric is able to capture these macro windows of opportunity as they present themselves. …patiently waiting…

$AMTX AMTX short interest update. I found some data from MarketBeat. Data is from 31 july but still. Data shows 8.69M shares short, equal to 13.84% of the public float. That’s up 15.3% from 7.54M shares just two weeks earlier, with 8.47 days to cover. AMTX has reclaimed the $1.90 area, while volume has picked up significantly. Borrow is still relatively cheap, so this isn’t an obvious forced-covering setup yet. But with short interest at these levels, a sustained move above $2.00 on strong volume could put real pressure on shorts. Could we be looking at a short squeeze if AMTX breaks $2.00 with volume? Watching this closely.

$AMTX I just keep throwing $50 at this everything it goes under my average. Currently sitting on 1200 shares. If it somehow hits the forecast price I'll be able to pay of a good chunk of my student loans

$AMTX solid volume on the closing 30 minutes! 2 big green candles. With 1/3 of our daily volume coming in the last half hour of trade. Although price was flat to slightly down all week. I’m positive about next week as I think we will break this stall and look to start upwards momentum in what I’m going to say is our last ride before October. Looking for forward to a positive September for the energy sector as a whole

$AMTX Newbies should not be fooled by seemingly impressive rallies. This is a long running pump and dump scheme. Sure there are wild times when it pops up by 25%, 50%, or more and traders in the know are making a quick buck. But the long term chart trend is down. Don't become exit liquidity for these hucksters!

$AMTX I think we are going to turn this corner. Volume was just slightly better than that of the 10 day today.

$AMTX Brent is trailing $100 and LCFS credits are at 3year high. Natural gas is just under$ 3. increasing revenue for biogas, biodiesel, but NG cost impacting ethanol production. The mechanical vapor recompression upgrade will be a strong catalyst.

$AMTX alright I gathered 11,500 shares in brokerage over past 5 trading days. Today was a good sign that it held the 9 day ema and the mid 1.80s. I think we're brewing for an upward move. avg is $1.93.

$AMTX Aemetis (Nasdaq: AMTX) Riverbank → the next AI data center opportunity? Interesting precedent in Kentucky. Anthropic just signed a $19BLN, 20-year lease with TeraWulf for an AI data center campus in Hawesville The site was an aluminum production facility, later converted to other industrial uses and now being redeveloped in a ~401 MW AI data center Now look at Aemetis/Riverbank The Riverbank Army Ammunition Plant was originally built by Alcoa (Aluminum Company of America) in 1942 as an aluminum reduction plant before being converted to ammunition production Former aluminum plant→industrial redevelopment->AI data center This is the type of precedent that makes the Riverbank site worth watching There is NO public evidence that Anthropic, TeraWulf or another AI operator has selected Riverbank But the Kentucky transaction demonstrates that large former industrial sites can become extremely valuable AI infrastructure assets when power, land and infrastructure are available
